Returns Information

We hope that you will be thrilled and delighted with your Danielle Quenault® ~ D/Q cosmetics purchases! Due to hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted. However, if for any reason your item should arrive damaged, you may return the item to us within 14-days for a full refund. In order to do so, please follow these steps;

  1. If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”.

  2. Upon receiving the damaged item, take a photo and send this to perfectivity@outlook.com along with your order number within 72-hours of receipt.

  3. You will then receive a reply containing a postal address to return your item to.

  4. Return your item within the original packaging where possible and obtain proof of postage - the cost of postage is not refundable, this is your responsibility to cover.

  5. Once D/Q receives the damaged item, you will be notified and your refund (minus original postage cost) will be actioned. Please note that D/Q cosmetics will only refund the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.
